By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree that your use of the Website is subject to them.
1. INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
The Website is provided exclusively for general informational, corporate, marketing and presentation purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written document duly issued and signed by an authorised representative of MORTAR, all information contained on the Website is illustrative, indicative, preliminary and non-binding in nature.

In the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the English-language version shall prevail, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
31. ENTIRE WEBSITE NOTICE
These Terms constitute the general legal conditions applicable to the Website.
They do not replace or modify any separate confidentiality agreement, non-disclosure agreement, framework agreement, sales agreement, purchase agreement, quotation, licence agreement, end-user undertaking, export-control undertaking or other binding agreement entered into by MORTAR.
